Job Requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing, verifying, and data entry of vendor invoices
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing to inventory system reports
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Assisting to maintain good vendor & supplier relationships
- Reporting Price and Quantity Discrepancies
- Assist in returns, claims and warranty situations
- Clerical support
Assets:
- Great attitude and works well with others
- Education in administration or business
- Experience using Sage or ACCPAC
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication skills – both verbal & written
- Previous work experience in an administrative environment
