Peterborough Feb 17, 2026 – KADEX Aero is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Chorus Aviation (https://chorusaviation.com/). Chorus Aviation is a Canadian publicly traded aviation holding company with a portfolio of independent aviation businesses, including Jazz Aviation, the largest regional airline in Canada, Voyageur Aviation, a leading provider of specialized technical, component and flight solutions, Cygnet Aviation Academy an industry-leading accredited training organization and Elisen & Associates a leading provider of aviation engineering services. The transaction is expected to close in the coming few weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
Under the Chorus ownership umbrella, KADEX will gain access to additional resources to support our long-term growth and continued success. Becoming part of the Chorus family creates opportunities to further strengthen existing relationships and to leverage Chorus’s broader aviation network to pursue new growth opportunities.
Importantly, day-to-day operations at KADEX will remain unchanged. “Business as Usual.”
The company will continue to be led by the existing management team including John Lavery, Ken Blow, Ellie Lavery, Jeremy Lavery & Jordan Lavery and the rest of the team.
