Administrative Assistant – YYC
An aircraft parts supply & service company with a Calgary location has an immediate opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant position.
As an assistant, the ideal candidate will need to be able to work well amongst all colleagues and departments. The ability to be flexible and the ability to cooperate with everyone are essential. Communication, organization, time management and accuracy are the key to success with this position.
The responsibilities and tasks of this position include, but are not limited to, computer data entry, processing credit card orders, assisting customers while in the office, and supporting the office or warehouse staff when needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar position, knowledge with different computer programs, fluent in English, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced environment
This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday. A competitive hourly wage is offered, and benefits are available after three months. The candidate will require a valid driver’s license.
