There is an immediate opening at our Calgary Warehouse for a full-time Shipper/Receiver.

Candidates must have experience working in a warehouse with a Shipper/Receiver title. The ideal candidate will also have strong computer skills, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with the comfort of dealing with large inventory and stock numbers.

Education for Shipping/Receiving or Warehouse Management will be an asset. It will also be beneficial for the candidate to have a valid driver’s license.

KADEX Aero Supply is an aircraft parts distribution company with an office located in Calgary, currently looking for an Office & Warehouse Administrative Assistant to fill an immediate opening.

The responsibilities and tasks of this position include, but are not limited to, computer data entry, processing credit card orders, assisting customers while in the office, and supporting the office or warehouse staff when needed. Communication, organization and accuracy are the key to success with this position.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar position, knowledge with different computer programs, fluent in English, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced environment

This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday. A competitive hourly wage is offered, and benefits are available after three months. The candidate will require a valid driver’s license.

To support growth, we have an immediate opening for a motivated and energetic inside sales person with strong selling skills, an ability to present and close sales on the phone, via electronic interchange, and in person, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Candidates must be prepared to serve customers, vendors and the company in an exceptional friendly manner in a high pace work place.

Additionally, this position requires strong ERP skills and, in particular, strong internet based software applications skills.
