Administrative Assistant (Peterborough)
The Peterborough office has an immediate opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant position.
As an assistant, the ideal candidate will need to be able to work well among all Kadex Team Members and Departments. The ability to be flexible and the ability to cooperate with everyone are essential. Having strong time management skills and the ability to problem solve is important to succeed in this position.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, which would include data entry, preparing reports, switchboard and limited bookkeeping. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Programs will be an asset.
Part of this position will also include assisting the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks. Experience with project management, marketing/trade-show administration, social media experience will also be assets for this position.
The ideal candidate will have an education in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Communications. This person must also personally have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be fluent in English.
This position is Monday to Friday and an hourly wage is offered.
